A Pilot Is Not Production. We implement the rest.
Discovery, integration, evals, and a handoff your team can run. Implementation — not a deck.
What does Jamak AI implementation include?
Jamak implements AI in your systems: discovery, integration, evals, and a handoff your team can run. Pilots that never reach production are the usual outcome. We implement, integrate, and leave. We ship products of our own, so this is implementation, not a deck. Month-to-month.
How it works
Find the workflow
- Sit with the team and name the job that is actually worth automating
- See what data the model would need — often a smaller surface than it sounds
- Say if the honest answer is to leave it alone
Build into the stack
- Wire it into the tools you already use
- Put evals on it before anyone calls it done
- Set permissions and a cost ceiling so a retry cannot become a surprise
Hand it over
- A runbook your engineers can read
- We stay on only if you ask — renting us forever is not the goal
- The job is finished when the team can run it without us
What a real implementation includes
| Part | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Discovery | The workflow, the systems it touches, and the number that would mean it worked |
| Integration | Wired into the tools you already use, not a demo environment |
| Eval | A way to tell if a change made it better or worse before you ship |
| Handoff | Docs and a runbook your team can run without us |
Frequently asked questions
How long until something is in production?
Discovery is short. The first workflow takes longer than a demo, because integration is the slow part. Anything that promises production in two weeks is describing a sandbox. We will not name a date we cannot keep.
Do we need our data cleaned up first?
Usually less than it sounds. Discovery checks what the model actually needs. If the honest answer is to fix the data first, we will say so.
Which models do you use?
Whichever fits the workflow and the budget. We build against more than one provider on purpose, so a price change or an outage is a config change rather than a rewrite.
What if we already started with another vendor?
We pick it up when we can. Most of what we inherit needs evals, permissions, and integration rather than a rebuild. We will say when a rebuild is genuinely the cheaper option.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. The studio is bilingual. The working conversation, the docs, and the handoff can be English, Spanish, or both.
Do you build the agents too, or only advise?
We build them. If agents are the whole of what you need, the AI agents page covers that work — the harness, the evals, and the deployment — in more detail.
