Caudal is treasury software for Mexican SMBs. It brings vendor invoices, payment batches, approvals, bank accounts and per-entity balances into one place.

It records SPEI references so a team can reconcile what was paid. It does not send bank transfers. It works in MXN and USD, across more than one legal entity.

Import invoices by CSV, reconcile bank statements by CSV, and keep a role-based audit trail.

What it does

• Vendor invoices — Collect and review vendor invoices in one list instead of a shared inbox and a spreadsheet.
• Payment batches and approvals — Group payments into batches and run them through approvals before anyone marks them paid.
• Bank accounts and balances — See accounts and balances by legal entity, in one workspace.
• SPEI references — Record SPEI references for reconciliation. Caudal does not originate transfers.
• MXN, USD, multi-entity — Work in pesos and dollars across more than one company on the same account.
• CSV import, CSV reconcile, roles — Import invoices, reconcile bank CSVs, and keep an audit trail by role.
